I shopped here today as I’m staying in an Airbnb nearby. the lady who served me was very kind and I personally love that this business takes COVID rules seriously. the bad reviews about this are clearly from selfish people who think they’re special. I don’t see too many businesses taking it seriously so bravo honestly, i will be back when i’m next in the area :)
I can't speak to these reviews I'm seeing because I haven't delivered here for over a year. But what I can say is when I did these were my absolute favourite customers bar none. Top class people, top class place, never gave me any hassle and in fact they made the delivery experience easier.
Ordered some groceries and veggies from Ubereats. I didn’t weigh the veggies but was definitely given a generous amount, was super happy with the order, and veggies were fresh and delicious! (The experience was so nice that I looked this shop up just to see these unbelievable comments. Just giving five stars because they deserved better)
Beautiful staff, have everything you need and as a convenience supermarket they are slightly cheaper than the rest. Watch out for Lea.... she'll get you addicted to her chips lol.

KIND STAFF! Great selection of produce and fair prices! I always pop in when I need something in an emergency. The bad reviews on here are ridiculous. Some of these Elwood people need to get a life! The most difficult people in Melbourne! Hahaha!
I shop there most days. Staff have never been anything but helpful. The beer is always very cold and very reasonably priced. I like the place and always felt welcomed. Keep up the great work
Yesterday I shopped at this store and experienced some extremely rude customer service by the checkout operator who said that she "regretted serving me" because I was not wearing a mask. I have a medical exemption and was horrified by her digusting remark. There is a sign in the entrance way saying you have to show proof of your medical exemption. This is ILLEGAL. I do not have to show my personal medical details to anyone! I will be boycotting this shop until they start behaving legally.
